About
UAE E-Invoicing Check is a free, independent site run by one person in the UAE. It exists because the e-invoicing mandate is written for large companies and the people who have to comply with it are mostly small businesses and freelancers with no time to read ministerial decisions.
What it is
- A five-question checker that tells you whether the mandate likely applies to you, your dates, and three next steps.
- A directory of accredited providers that publish information for small businesses, showing only what each provider says on its own pages.
- A plain-language explainer with the official links.
What it is not
- It is not official. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Ministry of Finance, the Federal Tax Authority, or any provider.
- It is not tax, legal or accounting advice. The checker says “likely”, never “you are compliant”. Confirm with your accountant or the official guidance.
- It does not sell anything, carry advertising, or take payment from providers. If that ever changes, the Methodology page will say so first.
How it is kept accurate
Every date, amount and rule on the site comes from a single facts file with a source link and the date it was last checked. Anything taken from the press and not yet matched to an official document carries the label “reported, not confirmed by an official source”. Read the Methodology and the Corrections log.
